The Fire Element

Fire is yang and active. It is hot, passionate, impatient, dynamic, focused and intense. Its season is summer and its direction forwards. An intense, muscular type would incarnate the Fire element. Fire movements require strength, precision and technique, like crocodile, warrior and postures performed in sequence (renketsus). The Fire ruled meridians are the heart, small intestine and liver.
