The Water Element

Water is yin and passive. It is wet, flowing, emotive, feeling, sensing, responding, connecting, caring and flexible. Its season is spring and its direction backwards. A sensitive, fluid-jointed person would be a Water person. The kidney, bladder and heart protector meridians are ruled by water as are twisting postures, partner work and massage.
